A summary of the factual allegations and procedural history of this case, as gleaned from the record before us, follows: In the late 1970's and early 1980's Andy Adams operated a small equipment rental shop in Georgia. In 1980 he began manufacturing and selling trampolines under the name "Andy's Sales", later incorporated as "Andy's Sale and Rental, Inc." The business operated under the name "Andy's Sales" or "Andy's Sale and Rental."
